中心概况 |
浙江大学房地产研究中心是在企业投资研究所、土地科学与不动产研究所、建筑经济与管理研究所、城市规划与设计研究所、城市与区域发展研究所的基础上成立的，聘请有关行政部门、著名企业的高级管理人员为顾问或者特邀研究员。中心是一个跨学科、跨学院、学、研、政、产综合交叉性研究机构。旨在充分发挥浙江大学研究力量雄厚、学科综合交叉的优势，培养符合房地产业发展需要的复合型人才，为房地产企业解决项目策划、方案设计、投资决策、开发建设、经营管理、物业管理、人员培训等方面的实际问题，承担政府有关部门的研究任务和咨询项目，向公众宣传和普及房地产专业知识。 |

This center is established on the basis of Corporation Investment Research Institute, Land Science & Real Estate Research Institute, Construction Economics and Management Research Institute, City Planning and Design Research Institute, and City and Region Development Research Institute. Some senior correlative officers and managers of famous corporations are also invited as the Center’s consultants and specially invited researchers . The Center is an across-subjects and across-schools research institute which unites the university, government and corporations. |

The Center aims at combining the strengths of abundant and talented researchers from different areas together and fostering comprehensive talents to adapt to the needs of real estate corporations. The Center also aims at solving practical problems, such as project scheme design, investment decision-making, operation and management, reality management and staff training for real estate corporations, completing research and consultant projects for correlative government departments and spreading real estate knowledge to the public. |
